All orders for products sent to Automarket must be completed in their entirety and must contain all the necessary elements for the proper identification of products ordered. Each order for products sent to Automarket constitutes contractual proposal of the customer and therefore is binding on Automarket only if confirmed for the same acceptance. The order by Automarket is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance thereof. Automarket reserves the right not to accept orders incomplete or not properly completed. In case of execution failure of the order by Automarket (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the customer), Automarket will inform as soon as the customer REIMBURSEMENT any sums already paid for the provision has not performed. In this case the customer is not entitled to any compensation or compensation. The tax records relating to the products ordered will be issued by Automarket upon shipment of the products to the customer. For the request for entering the VAT number, the customer will have to insert it in the billing address from your account. Automarket reserves the right to request assistance with the costs as shown in the table in the "payment and shipping" section. The goods travel for the account and risk of the buyer: Automarket will therefore not be held liable for any delays or damages caused by transport. In the event of a refusal of the package, Automarket will request the customer the full amount of postage and the extra cost incurred for the return to sender of the parcel. The delivery times indicated by Automarket refer to products in stock and, despite being carefully evaluated, they are not binding for Automarket which can then confirm or change, depending on your actual needs. Automarket has the right to make delivery of products (even on the same order) in several successive deliveries prejudice, in that case, payment of a single transport cost to the Customer. Conditions and terms of delivery details will be agreed between the customer and Automarket and accepted in writing by Automarket.
